Someone should show this to Michael bay before he is allowed to make another transformers film... i know this has nothing to do with transformers but the scale and the feeling to this is exactly what is missing from his films.

As the author of this book, I'm glad to hear you say that; that's exactly what Stan and I were aiming for. I grew up on the Transformers, but could never get behind Michael Bay's take on them. To put it bluntly, their robot modes look like crumpled up soda cans.

I wanted to portray robots that had a blend of grace and power, of strength and agility. More than anything, the best part of The Forever Saga is exactly what's missing from the Bayformers movies: a compelling human story to compliment the spectacle of giant robots.
