I have a problem with the shaded bullet casing just above your signature. It's standing out because none of the other casings are shaded. Pretty good picture overall. The torn paper texture on the left edge is a it much. It's like you tried to make it an old photograph which is interesting but then the other values would be different. You admit that this was a bit too much Pepper yourself in the description and I agree with you.
Also what sort of facility has its watchtowers on the same side that the lights are pointing? Either the towers would be on the other side looking over the wall on the outside or the towers are incorporated into the wall itself to keep and eye on the inside of the complex... I guess that's just because you included ladders for the inmates or attackers to climb up and take over the towers. Logically, its confusing. I'd like to know some more story about the picture if you are willing to tell?
The energy in the picture is great though, especially in her face and pose.
Its interesting that pepper is done in a more soft style, except in times of violence like this and "pepper split" then the stile is more in angles and harsh, Is this to fit the crime (so to speak) or the your mood when art was done. All of them a well done, but those two pieces almost seem like a different artist. Just curious if it was an experiment in style or how you felt when the art was done?
