Pepper IFX - Process by Artgerm Pepper IFX - Process by Artgerm
These are the steps I took for the Pepper IFX cover. I don't always go with this process but it is one of the ways for me to approach this style of art. Hope it helps. :)

Hi Pepper,
Simple question. how did you manage to make the inking in the same thickness, I like your style. Did you used separate layers for inking, fill and background? Thanks

You are indeed fantastic. I have a character quite similar to Pepper. How much would it cost me for you to do a concept work for me. Mind you I am not rich, but I am serious.
Thanks, you have a fan!

Question:
Do you paint over your linework, color your linework or just leave it there black?

How'd you manage to change the color of her clothing from red to purple so gracefully? Did you leave the original and just add tones or change it altogether?

Sir! You are a MASTER! I'm not used to being a noob :P, I was very good at real-time strategy games(like, real real good!:P) and waiting for StarCraft 2 has made me really forget gaming all together. I will probably not play it alot, as your work inspires me to really pick up my pace and do something like you do. Whatever you do, never EVER let Pepper go away. I hope to see more of her surroundings though.
