If this is just a scan, how do you achieve those lines to be so solid. whenever i scan something, no matter how much i play with the levels or contrast, it always ends up looking like... chalk, all grainy.
Maybe it's just a little too late for asking this but anyways... I'm confused, your description says "Hand drawn and scanned in" and your answer says "it was done digitally"...
Do you mean you scanned it and then RE-sketch it digitally in a new layer in Painter??
