Artist's Comments

Ok, this is supposed to be the first "military" concept art of me. I was inspired by Kai's work ukitakumuki somehow, and try to have a taste of his passion. I guess not too bad for a first attempt huh. :)

Done in Painter. 2 hrs.

wow... umm this.. this is soooo good.... the soldier looks completely badass but this piece is still very artistic. and the butterfly just adds more to the picture.. sort of like the chaos theory with the butterflies and hurricanes :)

Some men see things as they are and say "why?"... I dream of things that never were and say "why not?"

Man it rocks for a first attempt. Just one thing isnt the head too small.

I'm almost afraid that you'll get annoyed if I faved too many of your pictures. XD
Anyway, this is brilliant, worth a fave, but I just faved one of your picture earlier.
I love the grey colour scheme.

Bloody hell... your becoming the only person who gets into my favorites! *Instantly puts into favorites* As for the butterfly, there are so many meanigs to be derived I won't go into them! :D

Frendships lie within the heart, keep it closed or torn appart.

The clouds and moth are the best part. I think we need a little more light on the figure in the foreground to get some sense of his shape and depth. Right now, there is to little, and you can't really tell how he is supposed to look. I can't even figure out which way he is facing.

Excellent, Artgerm - It really reminds me Kai's work.:)
