Looks great. I much prefer elven, faeries, etc to have a more human face. Somehow its easier to relate to them more closely. Also a thought in the back of our minds is perhaps they are still here, how easy to just adjust a few features to fit into human reality, while they have to endure us. Hopefully their real world is in better shape than ours, or ours would be in worse shape without some natural force (Gaia?) to work to make it better despite us.
she is FAR better than Arowyn (or however you spell it), i can't remember her name but she kicked nine kinds of butt in the Desolation of Smaug! Arowyn just cried...a lot...okay there was that one part in the first LOTR movie where she saved Frodo but that was just running away...okay she did cast that ONE elvish spell, but in the rest of all 3 LOTR movies she was really not worth having in the film except for just giving guys something to look at. however, this she-elf (someone please tell me her name because i can't remember) is awesome!
now as for the art, A+ i love how the hair starts off dim and then get super bright, just an overall nice effect.
agree!! in fact, arwen (from the books) doesn't even really do anything at all, and in the movies they just took other character's roles and gave them to her (the part in the first movie when she saved frodo was really another elf's part from the book). arwen is really an overrated character IMO.
agreed, it's one thing to change the story a bit as to give people an awesome female character, but to put a female character just for the sake of having more women and not giving them any thing to do, it's the same as if they aren't there.
