this article has a couple references to the arc directly after dick dons the cowl and has some in comic images not just covers. I haven't read much of them yet but most of the pics I've seen over the net that buckle is the most common element. it's also hard to tell with DC using different artists alot for not only covers and inside work but from issue to issue.
There are probably issues where he sports that, but given the amount of images I've seen just searching "dick grayson batman" having that buckle that would be my best guess. It's not 100% but it's the best I got ^^ (PS. this has been bugging me as well and I too wish we had artgerm or an official artist's input)
