A series of Bleach postcards I did for the upcoming local manga event.

Too bad DA can't sell fanarts.

Done in Painter IX, using a customized sumi brush. Each image took me about 30mins.

The brush strokes (?) have a lot of life and movement. The airiness gives the figures an ethereal quality they probably should have as shinigami, lol. And they also have a more realistic/less anime interpretation to them I admire.
